Information provided for an enquiry is used to understand the request and prepare or arrange relevant holiday options. Elenel or Not Just Travel may contact you if more detail is needed.
A quote will identify the proposed holiday, the supplier or operator, the price and the relevant supplier terms. Quotes and prices remain subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
Agency relationship
Not Just Travel acts as an agent for suppliers and operators of travel services. When a booking is made, the contract is normally with the supplier or suppliers identified in the booking documentation, and their terms and conditions apply.
Depending on what is booked and how it is arranged, travel services may constitute a package for which additional responsibilities and protections apply. The position will be explained before booking.
Making a booking
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to make the booking for everybody named. Once you accept a quote, the required deposit or full payment will be explained. Bookings close to departure may require full payment.
After confirmation, check every name, date, timing and other detail immediately. Changes may be restricted and may incur supplier charges.
