Requesting a quote
When you provide details for a quote, they will be used to understand the holiday you are considering and to arrange suitable options. If there is not enough information to do that responsibly, Elenel will contact you to ask for more.
Providing contact details allows Elenel and Not Just Travel to contact you for the purpose of responding to that holiday enquiry. It does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Research and third-party suppliers
Relevant information may need to be shared with selected travel suppliers or operators to check suitable arrangements, obtain current information and prepare a quote. The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
The quote
The quote will set out the proposed holiday, the supplier or operator, the price and the terms relevant to that arrangement. It is an invitation to consider the option rather than a confirmed reservation.
Prices and availability
All prices are subject to availability. If a quote is not accepted and completed when it is given, its price or availability may change under the supplier or operator’s terms.
Your booking contract
Not Just Travel normally acts as agent. When a booking is confirmed, you enter into a contract with the supplier or operator providing the holiday, whose booking conditions apply. The supplier and applicable terms will be identified before you commit.
Payment and confirmation
The deposit, balance date or requirement for full payment will be explained before booking. Holidays booked close to departure may require payment in full, subject to the supplier’s terms.
A booking is not confirmed merely because a quote has been discussed. Confirmation follows the required payment and the supplier’s acceptance. Booking documents may be sent electronically or by post; check them immediately and report any error without delay.
Financial protection
The protection applying to a booking depends on what is purchased and who provides it. You will be told what protection applies before booking and should retain any ATOL Certificate issued.

If anything here conflicts with the terms supplied with a particular quote or booking, the booking-specific supplier terms and the current official Not Just Travel booking terms take precedence.
