Not Just Travel, ABTA and ATOL
Not Just Travel is an Accredited Body Member of Hays Travel Limited, ATOL 5534. It sells travel services on behalf of Hays Travel and benefits from Hays Travel’s membership of ABTA, membership number K9413.
ABTA membership also means standards of service are governed by ABTA’s Code of Conduct and eligible complaints may have access to ABTA’s assistance and dispute-resolution process.
ABTA protection
Book with Confidence. We are a member of ABTA, which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. Financial protection is provided for your money when you buy a package holiday. If you buy other travel arrangements, such as accommodation only, this protection does not apply.
ATOL protection
Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme, but ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services. You will be given information about the protection applying to the services offered before booking.
If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you receive an ATOL Certificate but some parts of the trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be protected by ATOL.
What to check before booking
- Ask which company is providing each travel service and who your contract will be with.
- Ask whether the arrangement is a package and what financial protection applies.
- Read the supplier’s terms and the current Not Just Travel booking terms.
- Keep the booking confirmation and any ATOL Certificate.
- Arrange suitable travel insurance from the time you book.
